The Truth About Millennials Infographic - Spark HireSince we just yesterday covered the best interview questions to ask recent graduates, we thought it would be a good idea to take a look at millennials in the workplace. There are a lot of perceptions on how millennials act and what their attitude is like in the workplace. Often times you hear that they have a low work ethic, feel they are entitled to much more than they deserve and dont take direction very well. Some of these perceptions may be true, but this infographic from Visual.ly takes a look at the facts.You often hear stories of the new trends that are taking place in young classrooms. Phrases such as everyone is a winner and effort is what really counts can make any generation x citizen cringe. Millennials are defined as those that were born between the years of 1982 to 2003 and make up a large bulk of the working force today. This infographic below from Kenexa shows that the most common issues people landseem to have with millennials is that they expect to be praised for everything, are rarely satisfied and dont take up entry-level tasks very well.
